- Inflation Refund Credit – A one-time credit for full-year New York residents of tax year 2025, providing up to $400 for joint filers and up to $200 for singles, based on adjusted gross income.
- Middle-Class Income Tax Cut – Beginning tax year 2026, the first five income tax brackets will be reduced, while a high-income surcharge is extended through 2032.
